Wouldn't it be better across the board if we could just quick looking at color at work on being PEOPLE? I don't know how it is where you are, but over here race relations are pretty tense. What really amuses me is the fact that many people will say they don't want to be viewed as one color, then stereotype themselves with their actions. Is that guy white trash? Well, the mullet and open cheap beer was a little tip off...
