Well, you got me thinking, so I went off in search of Dubbie's first speech... "President Clinton, distinguished guests and my fellow citizens, the peaceful transfer of authority is rare in history, yet common in our country." Too bad that thanks to him, all of that went to shit.
First line, peace is one of the first things mentioned. The further one reads, the more eerie the whole thing sounds- it's almost as though he were giving his own precautionary sermon on the mount. The guy gives me the creeps, and I'm SO glad he is out of office!
