There is a train that runs from JFK to Manhattan with the help of the Long Island Rail Road. I think its called AirTrain-something like that- You take the AirTrain on the Jamaica Line into Queens to the Jamaica Station-and I think that station has another name too. When you exit the train you pay $5 for the AirTrain and depending on the time of day $5-$7 for the Long Island Rail Road ticket. This train stops at Penn Station in Manhattan. :)
