I think I recognise the poster, but I'm playing anyway.

I think she has her head out of a window, or has probably just pulled it back in, and is getting really annoyed because of that strand of hair along her mouth and nostril, which must tickle like a bastid.

I extrapolated all that from the fussed-up hair; I'm not getting anything from the expression.
