You know.. tht third photo in Dismal World... the one of "1963. Thich Quang Duc, the Buddhist priest in Southern Vietnam, burns himself to death protesting the government's torture policy against priests. Thich Quang Dug never made a sound or moved while he was burning."
that one has always gotten me. For some reason I recall it in color and with sound. How is beyond me. It evokes such a mix of emotions. He never moved... just silence from him.. you can hear the flames.. but *shudders*
