If you happen to be near Maryland, there's a delightfully older kitty who needs a home. Stat.

During my Year of Hell (tm), one of the few things that made life more bearable was this lovely sweet older cat who'd wander in from next door. She loved all the attention that we bestowed on her. Although this may have had something to do with the tuna and cream we left for her.

i do not understand the whole appeal of writing/reading fanfic.
