More interestingly, if I read the <a href="http://www.slate.com/id/2302762/#">Slate article</a> correctly, she thinks that the reason men got ahead is because they have no compunction or hesitancy about using their erotic capital, whereas women are afraid to do so.
Which makes sense, because every male CEO of every FT100 company is totally a guy most women would want to be with... (!)
