i remember when i went to the uk in ...uhm..1991 or so, there were these signs and i felt sick in the stomach in anticipation of IRA bomb attacks..then on my way back to the ferry, we were blocked in the train when there was a big fire on the wooden (!)stairways of some main London station. (we were blocked altho already moving away from that station and missed our ferry and had trouble not to pay more but hey, never mind, it was exciting..) now these kind of signs are probably all over the western world and it's like.. normal. i like the 'prodding' bomb investigation. oh! in France also drove by when they just closed the highway in the other direction for a bag that was lying there close to the airport. they blew the thing up. For having seen the bag, i will always think some poor maroccoan immigrant lost it from the top of his car and had to explain to his disappointed family in the village at home that damn, no, he does not know where the bag with the fancy summer dresses from Paris has gone lost..
bags with no people make no sense! lol
