I wonder, and maybe I'm way off if the money offered to the rape victims to re-enact this was too much for them to possibly refuse. Which makes it even more of a gross exploitation.

Bearing in mind these are refugees I have a nasty feeling that even quite a small amount of money (to us) would have been too much to turn down.
